The first step in joining AccessWork is filling out the AccessWork Expression of Interest (EOI) Form. One of our team members will reach out promptly and schedule an Expression of Interest meeting that will help you to identify whether the program is a good fit. This will ensure that you make an informed decision and everyone is set up for success.

Match with a Job Coach and identify your strengths, interests, challenges and support needs. Gain insights in the disclosure process and learn how to request accommodations if needed. Participants will be able to join employment preparation workshops to gain more understanding of the job searching process and build a Discovery Summary that will support you in finding the best work environment possible.

Once a work experience is identified, the AccessWork Job Coach can provide support in the workplace, help make connections with co-workers and assist in requesting accommodations if needed. Throughout your work the Job Coach will connect regularly with you and your employer to make sure everyone is geared towards success.
